I paid Elite rentals and all they gave me was word document of rentals,that were all mixed up and had already been rented.When I called back they would not return my calls and they say they are local but they do not give do not give address of where they are located.They are not with the bbb and are a scam.BUYER BEWARE
Use a company that is legit.The listings they gave me were old and none of the landlords had ever heard of them.They are a phony company and are trying to rip off as many people as possible.

Lol I know they always do that *** I just curse them out bc they are a bunch a scanners they did this to me 2 years ago. I called like 2 mins before this post about a house on craiglist than she stated well we're working with over 800 house blah blah blah and sign up on our website.
I told her I wanted the house I seen than she said that's not avaliable yet and u might don't like it. I than said well tell me what u have available now she replied I'm not going down the list just sign up on our website lol *** scanners

Not sure which Elite Rentals you are discussing. If the Elite Rentals in ST Petersburg Russia, they are the top company in the city and have been there for 16 years. Very professional and proactive.
OMG I had the same problem except I Figured it was a scam when he said he would set up an account for me through the internet and I would become a member to there business and receive all their rental property listing right away. I asked what is the physical address and he would not give it to me.
I asked for the Company name he said elite rentals I hung up on the man and looked him up on the internet and found this review. YES BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A BIG SCAM!!!!
Wish I would have read this before I purchased. What a joke
I'm starting to think this is a scam !!! I paid 60$$$ then for last week or two the one n only guy I talk to SAys their internet has been down and some *** I've called over 30 times in less thenn a week n no answer
Two emails and I found house I liked called him he said let me contact owner and I'll get back to you that was three days agooooo
My search criteria: single story home, $1440/month or less. My custom Elite Rental Search: 4 results; 1 apartment which we are moving out of an apartment because of a second child entering our family, 1 house listed $150 above the same house listed on Zillow and Trulia, and 2 other homes at $1575.
I was supposed to meet 'Al' today to view homes from my 'custom search' and he hasn't returned my calls despite claiming his business hours are open even at the time of this comment.
They are fake. I immediately disputed the $60 with my bank.
They give u $$$$ back???
